BIOGRAPHY
I was born in 1970 in Istanbul. After graduating from Kadıköy Anadolu High School, I completed the Chemical Engineering department at Istanbul Technical University as a Chemical Engineer. Between 1992 and 2012, I held senior management positions in sales and marketing during my professional career. Since 2012, I have been continuing my activities in distribution and technical sales in my own company.
I encountered photography in 2015. The journey began with a camera I bought for my son. Unfortunately, as my son did not show enough interest, I enrolled in a photography course called "Fotoğraf Atölyesi" and received basic photography training. My interest in street photography developed thanks to an instructor I met in this course.
From that moment on, Street Photography became a passion for me. It transformed into a magical world where I feel more free, touch every moment more deeply, and derive pleasure. I can describe Street Photography as an antidepressant with the only side effect being happiness. I continue my work with the Turkuaz Street Collective, which I joined in 2019.
